Panda Bear Creative was a boutique B2B creative agency specializing in promotional merchandise, brand design, and full-service creative direction across a roster of clients spanning Multiple industries.

My work here was as wide as it gets: brand identity systems, logo design, merchandise, packaging, social media campaigns, email marketing, illustrations, and everything in between, for clients including GitLab, Nextiva, Skyscanner, Harvest HOC, Harborside, Nobo, Salient, Nature's Heritage, Wyld, and Binske. I managed a $25K annual marketing budget, developed campaign calendars, built brand guidelines and SOPs from scratch, and when I didn’t have time to design assets myself, I delegated + directed design tasks across the team to make sure quality stayed consistent no matter who was executing. It was fast, varied, and exactly the kind of creative environment where being a chameleon is not just useful but necessary.
